Krnpp’s organ, the “Neuste Nachrichten,” declares that the Malta Conference is the writing on the wall and indicates that if there was war Germany, would be deprived by England of half her fleet and that her position in America, the Far East and many parts of Europe would be forfeited. This would be the beginning of the end of world supremacy. The conference should be a warning to Germany to develop her sea power at all costs and obtain her ideal balance of power on the high.seas.
