DISSATISFACTION WITH THE PERSONNEL. fTER PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT.] LONDON, April 11, In the House of Commons, replying to Sir H. G. G. Parker (Unionist M.P., for Gravesend), the Rt. Hon. L. V. Harconrt (Secretary of State for the Colonies) said that salaries would he paid the British Commissioners hut expenses would be paid and a subsistence allowance made when abroad. Sir H. G. Parker gave notice that at the earliest opportunity ho would call attention to the personnel of the Commission.
