LONDON, April 17—Rector Heywood, of Lancashire, headed a deputation of the Men’s Bible class to the Mormon missionaries whom they required to leave the town, threatening that they would be tarred and feathered. , The Mormons agreed to leave. The Mormons at Birkenhead, however, refused and angry crowds attacked them. The police arrested five rioters but the crowd pelted the police with' stones and mud. Several were injured.:
