PARIS, April, 18.The wine growers’ demonstrations continue. There are many' further arrests being mad© in the Aube district. Forces of troops are now pouring in to the disturbed area. The rioters new tactics consist of descents in bands numbering a few hundreds into villages where the champagne depots are unguarded. During the incendiarism at Ay last Wednesday the wind drove the smoko into cellars, where the rioters had smashed ten thousand bottles. Several of the rioters were asphyxiated.
