HOW TO TREAT STRIKES. [BY TELEGBAPH— PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] LONDON, June 28.— 1n the House of Commons yesterday the Labour Exchanges Bill was taken in committee. Mr Churchill (President of the Board of Trade) said that, in response to trade union appeals he would accept amendment to the measure with the object of putting the exchanges out of gear during strikes in cases where the leaders of trade unions felt that the exchanges ought to be absolutely neutral. He hoped, however, that the Labour Paafcy would accept the German method whereby the bureaux could continue in operation and take no notice of the strikes. . — — r
