(Received June 16 at 422 p.m.) Adelaide, May 15 The G<v3rnmeDt launch met tbe'lin'r Mooltan on her arrival from Freeman tie to-day, ad conveyed Sir Joseph W^rd and party asb< r^. The party proceeded thence by special train to Adelaide, where they were welcomed by the Premier and the Mayor. Tbe party afterwards lunched with the Governor. They rejoined the liner this af terncou and proceeded on to Melbourne, where they remain till Saturday nex f , then going on to Sydney.
