A statement of receipts and expenditure of the Consolidated fuad for Decemb,r quarter is publiabed in to -night's Gazettee.
On the revenue account ordinary receipts are shown at £1,659,296, and territorial revenue £53,167. Permanent appropriations amouuted to £918,418, including £771.606 credited to interest and sinking fund, and £51,632 old age pensions. Anuual appropriations reached £958 1280, iucluding £1,215 for services not provided for. Under the public works fund, expenditure on annual appropriations was £376,844. The balance attbe end of tbe quarter was £231,421.
