CORONATION CELEBRATIONS.
A SUGGESTION.
{To the Editor.)
Sir.— A proposal is afoot to celebrate the important event by The erection of a Town Clock. The idea is a good on* but before deciding definitely would it not be as well to thoroughly discuss whether any- better project can be put forward ? The erection of public baths in the town would in my humb!e opinion be more beneficial aud meet with mpre. approval. The want of good baths is greatly felt, but the same can hardly, be, said of a clock, e-pecially in these day* of cheap timepieces. The subject is one ; for discussion and, perhaps a a abler pen will take the matter up. I am, etc., Fchoolboy.
