Christchurch, August 25. At the twelfth annual meeting of the New Zealand Shipping Company to-day, the Hon. E. Richardson, and Messrs L. Harper, and R. Wilkin, wero re-olectecl directors. Messrs D. Craig and A. Carrick were re elected auditors. There was a moderate attendance. The report and balance sheet were adopted. A dividend of five per cent was declared.
