TE WHITI AND HIS SON.
New Plymouth, December 27. The Herald states that it is authorised to contradict the statement which has been made, that Te Whiti had ordered, through his son, the natives back to Parihaka, Although Te Wbiti's son has visited his father several times in #aol it has only been in the presence of the gaolor and an interpreter, and no conversation has been allowed between the two except referring to personal and family matters.
