THE TOTALISATOR CASE.
Wellington, December 8.
In the Appeal Court to-day, in the totalisator case, Franck v. Stead and others, judgment was given for defendants, with costs. The Court held that while several parts of defendant's machine was similar to plaintiff's, there had been no infringement of his patent.
