MAGISTERIAL LACHES.
Cheistchuhch, April 11.
In reference to the delay in forwarding depositions to the Supreme Court, Judge Johnston made some severe remarks. In this instance it appeared that the Magistrate, and not the Clerk ot the Court, was at fault, but the Judge said had he known he would have issued a summons on the Magistrate as soon as on the clerk. Under the circumstances, he would let the matter drop.
