A now Fire and Marine Insurance Company is be|ng projected, The head office is Jo be in Wellington, and the prospectus will be issued in a few days. All the principal mercantile men of tho place are warmly interesting themselves in the undertaking, and it is stated that all the shares could be taken up in Wellington alone.
