Wellington, July 13.
A good deal of misapprehension has existed, not only amongst the public but amongst lawyers, as to the apportionment of costs in the late libel case Anderson v. GilloD, Kent, and Walters, but according to the decision of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, the principal portion of the costs will fall upon the defendants, the amount which will have to be paid by plaintiff being only trifling, as compared with the defendants' coats.
