Djbunk and Incapable. — Chas. White, John Lowe, and Mary Morgan, werg each charged with being drunk and inc.-;j-pdblei the two first were each fined ten shillings, or iv default twenty-four hours* imprisonment, the latter defendant having been before the Court some eight or nine times, his Worship sentenced her to fourteen days' imprisonment. Beeach of Maintenance Obdinance. — Henry Andrew Gordon, on remand, was again culled on to answer to the Charge of neglecting to pay the sum of £1 per week ior the support of his wife; ordered by the Court. Defendant put a witness into the box, who stated that £2 Ii 8& been paid to Sir Eee's. His Worship dismissed the information.
