Proceeds From Carnival For Sound Shell
Proceeds from the Wanganui Carnival next month are to be devoted to a sound shell, said the carnival organiser (Mr. W. G. Seabrook) yesterday.
“The site on which the sound shell is to be built will be decided by the people,” he said.
