LINCOLN BOMBER TO FLY OVER THE CITY TODAY

WELLINGTON, Yesterday (PA).— An R.A.A.F. Lincoln bomber visiting Christchurch for the dedication of Harewood Aerodrome to international status will fly over New Zealand cities and the main towns north of Christchurch tomorrow and Thursday. This flight replaces a similar schedule planned for one of three Lincolns which visited Christchurch after a cross-Tasman night flight last month. Then the exhibition flight was cancelled because of bad weather. Tomorrow the bomber will be due over Wanganui at 4 p.m. It will stay overnight at Ohakea. The plane will return to Wigram al 11.30 a.m. on Thursday. Sqadron Leader R. P. Roberts, D.F.C., R.A.A.F., will captain the plane.
