Marton Borough Election Sir,When Mr Meads faced a deputation regarding Marton Mayoralty one of the speakers, as reported, stated that the present council consisted Ox too manv “yes” men, also that two thirds of the councillors were opposed ito the Mayor’s policy. Surely the intelligent elector will not bp gulled by such a ridiculous, absurd and contradicto / statement eminating from a Meads' supporter who hopes to be returned to his seat at the council table. —I am, etc., “BRAINS BEFORE BLUFF.”
