WASHINGTON, Nov. 9 (Rec. 12.22 am).—The latest state of the parties in the new House of Representatives is: Democrats 233 Republicans .. ...... ...... 199 Independent ...... ..... ..... 1 Undecided 2 This is a net gain for the Republicans of 27. With only one seat undecided, the new House of Representatives will have 234 Democrats and 199 Republicans. The undecided contest is in Missouri, where the Republican leads by 815 votes, with a handful of preciuts anti absentee ballots yet to be counted.
