Castlecliff And Ohakea To Play Inter-Club Golf
A special inter-club golf match will be played at the newly-formed Ohakea Air Force Golf Club’s links in a fortnight’s time, between Castlecliff and Ohakea. The Ohakea club, although only re cently started, has an excellent ninehole course and can field a strong and experienced team. Ils representatives were successful in capturing the open teams event at lhe recent Castlecliff tournament.
The following players will travel from lhe Castlecliff club: A. R. Kitto, J. F. Rowe, C. S. Bristol, H. Brodie, C. H. Whetlon, N. Bristol. G. W. Reid. M. G. Reid, J. Ibbetson, G. Moulin. 11. Crane, F. Thompson, G. W. Ward, J. Baxter, E. M. Granville, C. S. Birch.
