U.S. Authorities Take Stand In Puertorican Revolt

SAN JUAN, Nov. 4.—United States authorities stepped directly into the Puertorican revolt yesterday by arresting four Puertorican nationalists, including Elio Torresola, brother of the man who was killed while trying to assassinate President Truman on Wednesday. Angry citizens tried to attack the nationalists as police were taking them from the police station to the court. The police had extreme difficulty conducting the rebels to safety.
