Tourist Guide Burned To Death In A Hut On Milford Track
INVERCARGILL, Last Night (PA). —lsaac McCann, a tourist guide, single, aged 36, was burned to death in a hut on the Milford Track about three miles from Glade House at the head of Lake Te Anau on Friday morning. McCann, who came from West port, was a heavy smoker and it. is thought that he may have gone to sleep while smoking in bed. Mr. I. Brown, the foreman at Glade House, made the discovery and the remains were taken to Te Anau.
