DUNEDIN, Last Night . (PA).--Miss Yvette Williams, British Empire women's broad jump champion, provided a major upset in the 75 yards women’s A grade scratch race at the Otago Centre of the N.Z.A.A.A.’s meeting at Dunedin on Saturday. Competing against two other Empire Games athletes, Miss S. Hardman, and Miss C. Malone, of Auckla d Miss Williams strode powerfully into a strong wind and won by a yard from Miss Hardman in 9.2 sec.
