EIGHT DAYS’ FINAL LEAVE FORK FORCE
PARLIAMENT BLDGS., Last Night (PA). Final leave for K Force will be based on eight clear days plus an allowance for travelling time, and for the greater part of the force and first reinforcements now completing their training at Waiouru it will be taken from November 15 to 26. said the Minister of Defence (Mr. T. L. MacDonald) today. Mr. MacDonald said that as it would be necessary to have some men in camp during this period. A small proportion was being sent on final leave today. These mon 1 would return Io Waiouru on November 14.
