Auckland Transport Board Estimates Loss Of £43,236
AUCKLAND, Last Night (PA).— A loss of £43,236 is expected by the Auckland Transport Board for the year ending March 31, 1951. No provision is made for appropriations to reserve accounts other than the depreciation of buses and trolley buses. In making this estimate, motor bus serviette run by the board are expected to lose £29,587 during the year and trams £16,205. Trolley buses should show a profit of £2556.
