SELECTING OFFICERS FOR KOREAN FORCE
AUCKLAND, Last Night (PA).— L The special selection board which been at Papakura Military Camp to choose K Force volunteers for an officer cadet course finished its work at the camp today. Members left by train tonight for Trentham, where they will see candidates from the intakes at Linton and Burnham. The board will not make its selections until it has interviewed and watched the southern men at work. It will start a two-day sitting at Trentham tomorrow morning and will make its final selections in two days. The number to be chosen for the course will be between 30 and 40. Selections are now being made at Papakura fbr non-commissioned officers for the force. The men chosen will go in a few days to the Artillery School at Waiouru with officers cf the force.
