Visitors To Giant Queen Liners Banned; New Security Measures LONDON, Sept. 5 (Rec. 6 pm). —The Cunard Steamship Company has banned all visitors to the giant liners Queen Elizabeth and Queen Mary at Southampton, as part of Britain’s latest efforts to tighten security measures in the docks and harbours. Passed already held by officials are being carefully checked. Other shipping lines are taking similar action. This follows Admiralty moves overhauling security machinery in naval establishments, where there have been a number of cases of suspected sabotage involving warship’s.
