No Room For Neutrality In Japan
TOKIO, Aug. 19 (Recd. 6pm).—A Japanese Government White Paper today declared that Japan’s security as a democratic State can be assured only by giving th e strongest co-oper-tat on to the United Nations in the Korean action. The paper said Japan was marked as a special prize by Communists and “the Japanese people are standing in a maelstrom of conflict. There is no room for neutrality.”
