Wanganui riders were unplaced in the senior Palmerston North to Bulls and return senior road sycling race, on Saturday, C. Pedley and B. Thomas finished first and second respectively in the junior event. Senior results were: —Placings: J. Taylor (Levin) 1, N. Walls (Foxton) 2. H. Finlayson (Levin) 3, A. Jennings (Palmerston North) 4. First local rider out of a place, W. Kelly; first visiting rider out of a place, I. Dodunsky (Dannevirke); oldest ridei to finish, H. Sparkes (Wellington); first fastest time, P. Murry (Wellington ) Ihr. 27min. 12.55ec.; second fastest time, N. Vertongen (Palmerston Norfh).
