Long Island Train Smash; 50 People Hurt
NEW YORK, Aug. 6 (Rec. 6.30 pm) —Fifty persons were injured, three seriously, when a Long Island steam passenger train crashed into a goods I rain in a siding at station last night. There were about 200 passengers aboard the train. The police said a young railway employee admitted that he switched the passenger train into the siding.
