LONDON, June 16 (Recd 6 pm). —the “Daily Herald’s” Geneva correspondent says a 16-day session of the United Nations European Economic Commission ended yesterday with Russia and the United States in full agreement for of the first time. The Soviet delegate, Mr. Arturiunian, appealed for “goodwill and co-operation” in increasing WestEast trade, saying: “Europe cannot afford to be divided and we have seen that co-operation is possible, despite divergencies of opinion.’’ The American delegate, *4r. Robert Usher, said: “For once I am happy fully to associate myself with Mr. Arutiunian’s view.”
