For the second time in succession a trophy for aerial navigation has been won by a 19-year-old woman pilot of the Marlborough Aero Club, Miss Joan Hall, of Blenheim. The competition was judged on a flight from Omaka aerodrome (Blenheim) to Nelson and return via The Brothers Lighthouse, near the entrance to Queen Charlotte Sound.
