Czechs Resign And Ask French Protection
PARIS, Dec. 14 (Recd. 8.20pm). All five members of the Czech Consulate staff in Marseilles resigned rather than obey instructions from Prague recalling them to Czechoslovakia, according to the Marseilles newspaper “La France.’’ All five are said to have asked for French protection.
