Nobel Prize Money To Be Used For “Peace House”
(N. Z. P. A.—Reuter—Copyright) OSLO. Dec. 11.—Lord Boyd Orr. former Director-General of the United Nations Food and Agricultural Organisation, will use a large part of h's £7815 Nobel Peace Prize to build a “peace house’’ in London. He made this disclosure yesterday when receiving the diploma and insignia of the prize at a ceremony which was attended by King Haakon, the Crown Prince Olav, and Crown Princess Martha. The “Peace House’’ will be open to the use of all peace r "organisations in Britain and as a centre for friends of peace from abroad.
