UNDEFENDED PETITIONS FOR DIVORCE DEALT WITH IN WANGANUI
Several undefended petitions for divorce were dealt with by Mr Justice I Hay during the present, sessions of I the Supreme Court, Wanganui. Constance Adeline Erskine-Collins (Mr J. M. Hussey) petitioned for a divorce from Oliver Francis ErskineCollins on grounds of failure to comply with a decree for restitution of conjugal rights.—A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute after three months. Wilfred James (Mr Hussey) petitioned for a dissolution of his marriage with Theresa James on grounds of failure to comply with a decree for restitution of conjugal lights.—A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute after three months. lan Clifford Lints (Mr W. M. Willis) petitioned for a divorce from Dardanella Gretha Lints on grounds of failure to comply with an order for restitution of conjugal rights.—A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute after three months. Gilbert Neil Young (Mr R. M. S. Jones) petitioned for restitution of conjugal rights, respondent being his wife, Doris Marion Young.—A decree j for restitution of conjugal rights was j granted, respondent being ordered to return to petitioner within 14 days. j Frederick David Martin Hall (Mr i de Joux) petitioned for divorce from I Audrey Muriel Hall on grounds of failure to comply with a decree for restitution of conjugal rights.—A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute after three months. Shirley Joan Barber (Mr A. G. Horsley) - petitioned for a divorce from Laurence Edward Barber on i grounds of a separation agreement. — A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute after three months. Edward Vincent Hegarty (Mr Burns) petitioned fcr a dissolution of his marriage with Mary Hegarty on grounds of desertion.—A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute after three months Courtney Edward Darby (Mr D. G. Young) petitioned for restitution of conjugal rights, respondent being his wife, Thelma Mary Darby.—His Honour granted a decree tor restitution of conjugal rights within 14 days. Esme Ada Comrie (Mr C. F. Treadwell) petitioned for restitution of conjugal rights, respondent being her husband, Duncan Cathro Comrie. —A decree for restitution of conjugal rights within 14 days was made by His Honour. Motions for decrees absolute were granted as follows ’petitioner’s name mentioned first in each instance): — Anthony Lloyd Bennett (Mr J. S. Rumbold) v. Patricia Opal Bennett; Eileen Currie (Mr P. L. Dickson) v. Frederick John Currie (Mr Treadwell).
