Committee Upholds Appeal By Jockey
i AUCKLAND, Last Night (P.A.) [The Auckland District Committee today upheld the appeal of the jockey J. Mokaraka against suspension of I two months, imposed on him by the stewards of the Whangarei Racing ‘Club on October 28. ; Following the running of the Hua(nui Hack Hurdles on the first, day of | the meeting the stewards held an inquiry into the running of Gay Youth, who finished second. Their finding was that the horse was not ridden on his merits.
