Golfer Bobby Locke To Tour Dominion In August Next Year
WELLINGTON, Last Night (PA). —The South African professional golfer, Bobby Locke, is expected to tour Australia and New Zealand in August next year. The managing director of Slazengers Ltd., Australia, Mr. D. Blacklock, said this today on his arival from Sydney in the Wanganella. Locke would make his tour after competing in the British Open Golf Championships, said Mr. Blacklock. He said his firm had been endeavouring to arrange tours by American professionals. This has been rendered almost impossible by the Dollar shortage and devaluation.
