CZECH DIPLOMAT MAY BE ARRESTED IF HE RETURNS HOME
LONDON, Nov. 7 (Rec. 8 pm). —The Czechoslovak Foreign Minister, Mr. Clementis, who has been attending United Nations meetings, New York, is believed to be faced with the necessity of deciding either to return to his country or remain in America, says the “Daily Telegraph’s” diplomatic correspondent. If he returns he is likely to be arrested with consequent imprisonment for alleged deviation from the Moscow Communist doctrine. One fact which will weigh heavily in making his decision is that his wife is in Czechoslovakia
