“BIG THREE” FOREIGN MINISTERS LIKELY TO MEET SOON

WASHINGTON, Nov. 4 (Rec. 6 pm).—A State Department official said tonight that the foreign Ministers of Britain, France and the United States were discussing the possibility of an early meeting in Paris primarily to deal with the German problem. The official said that Messrs. Ernest Bevin, Schuman and Acheson had not reached agreement on details, but were close to it. The meeting would be a continuation of the discussions the three Foreign Ministers held in Washington shortly after the dollar crisis talks finished in September. The conversations would deal mainly with German problems, but it is possible other subjects will be included on the agenda.
