MINISTERIAL The Prime Minister (Mr Fraser), who addressed a meeting in the Opera House on Friday night, returned to W elhngton by car on Saturday morning. Before leaving he called at the Wanganui Hospital to see Mr Matlu Ratana, M.P. for Western Maori, who has been there for some time as the result of a car accident. Mr. L. C. Young has been elected president of the Wanganui Bowling Club and Mr. G. N. Boulton vicepresident.
