Co-Operative Spirit
“Altogether, I think I can quite safely say that the year has been a very happy one,” stated the priest-in-charge of All Saints’ Anglican Churchthe Rev. F. A. Keay, in his annual report to parishioners “There is evident a wonderful spirit of cooperation among all member; of the All Saints’ congregation, and- after all, that is the evidence ef good work done. We can refer to statistics, such as attendances at church, balancesheets, Sunday School scholars acts of Communion and so on, but all these things can be very misleading. The success or failure of a church is not shown by these things, but rather the way in which it carries out its main task —to spread abroad the spirit o f God- and to what extent it is an influence for good in its own particular district.”
