Piano For “Arahina”
A piano has been donated, on behalf of the Ist Southland Lone Guide Company, to “Arahina,” the Girl Guide training centre at Marton. The piano is being overhauled by a well-known firm in Dunedin and is shortly to arrive at Marton. It is reported to be a fine instrument and the Girl Guide Movement is indeed fortunate to be the recipient of such a handsome gift, states “Te Rama.” the Girl Guide journal.
