Reserved Judgment In Will Case
CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night (PA) —ln a reserved judgment in the Supreme Court, Mr Justice Northcrofl held that the daughter and two sons ot the late Mr Samuel Smith, of Cust, had established that there was a promise by their father that if they worked for him they would get more than wages. At his death no provision was made for them in his will. His Honour awarded Mrs Mabel Gartery £1250 and Mr William Smith and Mr Ronald Smith £1750 each. His Honour said the will made in 1937 did n.ake dispositions favourable to plaintiffs, but thereafter the other draft wills reduced these benefits until the final will excluded them.
