NEW YORK, April 14 (Recd. Bpm). —The Liberal Party today nominated Mr. Franklin D. Roosevelt, junr.. son of the late President, as its candidate for the New York Congressional scat left vacant fry the death of Mr Sol Bloom. Mr. Roosevelt unsuccessfully sought nomination by the Demoprats.
