Prices For Two-Tooth Ewes Firm At The Wanganui Sale

At the Wanganui sale yesterday 2-. tooth ewes sold at rates firm on re-1 cent sales, but in the aged ewe section many lots were late shorn and lowconditioned sorts, with the result that realisations were a shade lower than last week, report Freeman R. Jackson and Co., Ltd. Only oddments of cattle were yarded. Pigs came forward in average numbers. All fat pigs were; firm, but weandrs were just a shade easier. The yarding of sheep totalled 3500, but because of the weather the attendance was not as good as at recent sales.
