AUCKLAND,- Last Night (PA).— Fatal injuries were suffered by the driver of a midget racing car when it capsized after a collision with another competitor in a race at Western Springs speedway on Saturday night. He was:

Ernest Harper Maber, aged 29, single, motor mechanic. Mr. Maber was driving the car which was involved in a collision with a car driven by Mr. P. Zainey, on a bend of the track- The car rolled over and came to rest upside down with the driver still in his seat. The race was stopped. Mr. Maber suffered a fracture of the skull and was removed to hospital. H e died this morning.
