Russian “Black List” Of “Warmongers”
LONDON, Oct. 29 (Ree. 6 p.m.)— “The Times” Barlin correspondent says that the Russia-controlled press annoupces that a “black list” of “warmongers” has been started and that the first 12 names already appear on it, including Herr Jakob Kaiser, leader of the Christian Democrats. Dr. Friedensburg, acting Lord Mayor of Berlin, and several newspaper editors.
“Tagliche Rundschau.” the Russian military administration's organ, says: "For the first time in Germany’s tils-' tory the inciters to a new war have keen individually named and personally arranged. The day will come when they will put on trial.” A “warmonger” is defined as anyone who criticises the conditions in the Soviet Union, or raises doubts about the high purposes of its policy.
