Russian “Black List” Of “Warmongers”

LONDON, Oct. 29 (Ree. 6 p.m.)— “The Times” Barlin correspondent says that the Russia-controlled press annoupces that a “black list” of “warmongers” has been started and that the first 12 names already appear on it, including Herr Jakob Kaiser, leader of the Christian Democrats.
