ISRAELI WILL NOT WITHDRAW IN THE NEGEV AREA
LONDON Oct. 29 (Rec 8 pm).— The Israel Prime Minister (Mr David Ben Gurion) reiterated in Tel Aviv that the Israeli forces would never retreat to positions held on October 14 before the lighting in the Negev started
He added that Israeli troops are still ready to meet further attempts by the Egyptians to break into this area.
This, he said would be the last clash Israeli will have with Egypt The Associated Press Tel Aviv correspondent says the Israeli State Council approved of an official Israeli flag, namely two blue stripes on a white background on each side of a blue star of David.
