Stars Return To Screen. Allied Artists’ "The Gangster” brings back to the screen two people who had been gone for some time— Fifi D’Orsay and Leif Erikson. The former had embarked on a personalappearance tour of military establishments in 1939 when France went to war, and had kept at it until long ' after V-J Day. The latter had gone i into the Navy, come through with a ■ line war record and eventually ended I in the Office of the Chief of Naval i Operations. Neither had appeared in | a film for a good number of years.
