ARMY STAFF CHANGES
Colonel L. \V Andrew, V.C., D. 5.0., of the Regular Force, has been promoted temporary brigadier from the beginiing of the present month, according to tonight’s Gazette. Colonel Sir Hugh Acland relinquishes the appointment of Assistant Director of Medical Services, Southern Military District, (part-time basis) and is replaced by Colonel D, G. Radcliffe.
